Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing Time
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours after successful order placement.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 working days, depending on your shipping address.
In rare cases (due to remote locations, public holidays, or extreme weather), delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
For Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared via email.
If you haven’t received the tracking information within 48 hours of placing the order, please email us at support@dapperjhon.com.

We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on the delivery pincode and service availability.

In most cases, the product may be received by a family member, neighbor, building guard, or delivered to an office mailroom.
If you did not receive the product despite the status being “delivered,” inform us at support@dapperjhon.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
We will raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate. A resolution or refund (in genuine cases) may take up to 10 working days.
After 48 hours, we may be unable to assist due to courier policies, and we will not be liable for the missing package.
